Mortgage Calculators

Informed home buying is empowering for our community and will set you up for success. In addition to the assistance your Loan Officer will provide you, there are a number of free resources to support you.

Homebuyer Education

Our programs require homebuyer education. One reason for this decision is that research  has found significant positive impacts on financial outcomes when homebuyers participate in even brief education (HUD, 2022). Homebuyers who participated in homebuyer education have not only increased confidence in the home buying experience, but also overtime higher average credit scores, decreased credit card debt, and increased savings and investments when compared to homebuyers who did not take homebuyer education.
