Who's involved in the process?
As a homebuyer, you will be supported throughout your buyer experience by a Loan Officer and your Real Estate Agent. But, what's the difference?
Homebuyer Education
Our programs require homebuyer education. One reason for this decision is that research has found significant positive impacts on financial outcomes when homebuyers participate in even brief education (HUD, 2022). Homebuyers who participated in homebuyer education have not only increased confidence in the home buying experience, but also overtime higher average credit scores, decreased credit card debt, and increased savings and investments when compared to homebuyers who did not take homebuyer education.
